Tower Home Inspectors has been performing home inspections in the New York Metropolitan area for over 13 years.
Lou Andreani P.E., is the Owner/President, and is familiar with both major and minor problems which occur in homes within this area.

Lou Andreani, P.E., has over 25 years of Engineering, Construction and Inspection
experience, which includes over 13 years of performing home inspections in the New
York metropolitan area. Mr. Andreani is both a licensed New York State Professional
Engineer and New York State Home Inspector.

In addition, Mr. Andreani, is licensed by the NYS Dept. of Environmental Protection
to provide the Termite Inspection and Certificate required by most banks for the home
buying process. The Termite Certificate is included in the Home Inspection Fee.
